Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Valanski. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account — creating accounts to get around plan limits is not allowed.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us permission to store them, process them with the third-party service providers described in the Privacy Policy, and show them back to you, solely to run the service. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and only photos of yourself as your profile photo.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, sexual, or hateful content, and no photos of other people without their consent.
• No automated access, scraping, or attempts to bypass rate limits, bot checks or plan limits.
• No attempts to access other users' data or to disrupt the service.

AI suggestions

Garment descriptions, outfits and images are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are style suggestions, not professional advice. Generated images are illustrations and may not match exactly how the clothes look on you.

Plans and payments

The free plan includes monthly allowances that may change. Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown before you pay and renew until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal. Refunds are covered in the next section.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your profile, under Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for; cancelling stops the next charge and does not refund the current one.

To ask for a refund, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account. We reply within two business days, and refunds go back to the original payment method. Where the law gives you further rights to a refund or to withdraw, those rights apply as well.

• 14-day money-back guarantee: if a paid plan is not right for you, write to us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies once per person.
• Annual renewals: write within 14 days of an annual renewal charge and we will refund it in full.
• Monthly renewals are not refunded once the month has started.
• Try-on packs are refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of their try-ons have been used.
• Duplicate charges, charges made in error, and charges for a service that failed on our side are always refunded.
• Accounts closed for breaking these terms, including fraud or getting around plan limits, are not refunded.

Fair usage policy

To prevent malicious use, such as bots and automated access, the following limits apply. Plans that include unlimited Valanski messages are subject to hard limits of 50 messages a day and 600 a month per account. A plan with an unlimited wardrobe is subject to a hard limit of 5,000 items per account. Days and months are counted in UTC. Once a limit is reached, further messages are refused until the day or month resets, and no items can be added until some are removed. Purchased credits do not lift these limits, and reaching one is never charged.

Ending your account

You can stop using Valanski at any time and delete your account from your profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Liability

Valanski is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of the stylist's suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
